Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules change. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and ours, we have established the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $100 cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be charged a $100 fee. This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
